Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for supporting people and leading others? We're looking for an Assistant House Coordinator to help lead one of our residential homes for adults with learning disabilities.
Working alongside the House Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the day-to-day management of the home. You'll lead by example, supervise and develop staff and volunteers, and step into the House Coordinator role when required.
You'll have:
A relevant Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards one), SSSC registration and a full manual driving licence are desirable.
